Axis Bank Atlas Cardmembers can now avail international lounge access via Priority Pass

Over the past week or so, there has been a quiet chaos rolling out in the passenger experience space around India, with Axis Bank and ICICI Bank pulling the plug on Dreamfolks lounge access for some of their card programmes. It turns out, they switched to Adani’s LoungeOne solution, where no intermediaries are involved.

Axis Atlas Lounge Access

When it comes to Axis Bank’s Atlas Credit Card, the card is one of the best travel credit cards in India at the moment, with 5X points on Flights and Hotels. The gamification aspect of the card led Axis Bank to create an in-app Lounge Access tool, which is now redundant since the Dreamfolks connection has been severed. LoungeOne has taken the spot for domestic lounge access.

However, LoungeOne is new, and people get international lounge access with their Axis Bank Atlas Card as well. So, for this, Axis Bank has signed up with Priority Pass/ Collinson to provide them with the solution. You can now use the Priority Pass website to access a digital Priority Pass, available here. Activate your digital Priority Pass using your Axis Bank Atlas Credentials, and you can continue to use it for lounge access internationally.

This image shows a Priority Pass membership card. It includes the Priority Pass logo at the top. Below, it displays the name "Mr. AJAY AWTANEY" and a membership number, which is partially obscured. The card indicates it is valid from 11 July 2025 and expires on 10 July 2030.

Please remember that there hasn’t been any communication from Axis Bank, yet, on the matter. Also, overnight, all the Axis Bank cards I’d saved on the Dreamfolks web app vanished.

The image shows a webpage from DreamFolks, featuring a navigation menu with options like Home, Cards, and History. There is a dropdown menu with bank options, currently showing "Kotak" selected. The page highlights a "Domestic Lounge" benefit with a "Browse" button and an option to "Scan Lounge/Outlet Code." The top right corner has an "Add Card +" button and a user profile icon.

But the addition of Priority Pass is a good thing for Atlas Customers, with over 1300 lounges globally covered. Also, Priority Pass is a global brand, while Dreamfolks, people used to wonder at Lounge Receptions sometimes, what was I talking about?

For Olympus, lounge access internationally was already offered with the Priority Pass, so this is more cards from Axis Bank joining the team.

Bottomline

Axis Bank’s Atlas cardmembers can now generate a digital Priority Pass and access lounges across the globe with their Digital Priority Pass. This solves the problem after Dreamfolks went offline from the Axis Bank App for Atlas Cardmembers, for international lounge access.

Have you activated your Priority Pass on your Axis Bank Atlas Card?

  1. I sent mail to axis bank enquiring about international lounge access, they are asking directly to use atlas credit card at the lounge for complimentary access, no mention of priority pass even after asking explicitly about it.
I used priority pass once in Changi Lounge at Singapore last month. I have 11 visits left now.
But this communication has left me confused whether to continue using priority pass or not. I am travelling to Bahrain this week with layover in Kuwait.

  2. I activated a card in PP website using Atlas card credentials, however I see the following:
    Your membership plan includes:
All member or guest visits will be charged directly to the payment card associated with your account at a rate of US$35 per person per visit.

    Has Acis discontinued PP partnership?

    Thanks
    -R

  3. Now priority pass is showing 12 visits instead of 2 last month. Is it same for everyone one? I am an Axis atlas gold tier member and I expect it should show 6 lounge visits. Still no clarity on guest access.

    • @ Sudheer, I fathom this is the way it will be here on. I also see 12 trips in my PP account now (exactly per my entitlement), but I suppose Axis will charge for the extra trips made at their level (rather than the PP level).

      • Thanks Ajay for the clarification. This creates lot of confusion without showing the right number of entitlements. Do you have any idea about guest access with the priority pass, which is one of the benefit with Atlas?

  4. I just activated a Priority pass account using my Axis Atlas Credit Card. Priority Pass is is giving options to pre-book international lounges in mostly North America and Europe. I don’t see the “1700+ AIRPORT LOUNGES” as stated on the website. Also, I am in silver tier of my Atlas card, so I am eligible for 4 International lounge visits as per Axis website, however Priority pass is only showing 2 for the whole period of 5 years for which Priority pass is valid. Are all Axis customers experiencing such issues? Is the shift from Dreamfolks to Priority Pass still under development? Your comments will be highly appreciated.

    • @Sandip Jani, you don’t have to prebook the lounge. You can just turn up at the airport and flash your priority pass at the lounge entrance, and they will waive you in if you have an eligible pass.

  5. Thanks for the details provided. Is guest access allowed through priority pass for Axis atlas as per eligible no of visits based on spend (ex: 6 International lounge visits on 7.5 lakh spend)? In this case, can I access 2 international lounges with 2 guests each time?

    • @Sudheer, this is all unclear at the moment. The Axis website still states Dreamfolks, so the t&c haven’t been updated. Guess it all happened in a rush.
