I have to admit, while their frequent flyer program is not going to be any good, Air India are going all out to make an impression on the occasion of International Women’s Day tomorrow. Not just that, they have been operating flights with all-women crew since 1985.

For starts, they already have had the longest flight in the world ever operated by an all-female crew take off from Delhi on March 6, 2016 and arrive in San Francisco on the same day. All the crew involved with this flight, right from cabin crew, cockpit crew to the flight technician and all the ground staff involved. AI 174, the return leg of this flight will also be operated by an all-women crew, to arrive in Delhi on March 8, 2016.

20 all-women crew operated domestic flights on March 8, 2016
To match up the international flight, Air India will also be operating 20 flights across India with an all-women crew.
If you are on one of those flights, do give the wonderful crew a shout out!
