Le Club Accor is currently running a 40% CASHBACK offer on hotel bookings in Thailand.
This promotion is valid for booking made until December 6, 2016 and for stays through April 30, 2016. The 40% cash back really means that you will receive 40% daily credit of your total room value as credit that you can spend during your entire stay.
This credit can be spent over breakfast, dining, spa treatments, room upgrade or towards other paid facilities at the hotels. Do bear in mind that bookings under this promotion need to be fully paid for and are non-refundable and non- cancellable.
Accor presently has a portfolio of 22 brands out of which 8 brands across Thaiand are partucipating in this promotion: Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery by Sofitel, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, Ibis and Ibis Styles hotels across Thailand.
Accor also has a wide footprint of hotels all over Thailand and 42 hotels in 12 destinations including Bangkok, Pattaya and Krabi are participating under this offer. I did quick check on the rates during the upcoming 26th January long weekend next year and there are some good finds you can make use of.
Bottomline:
Thailand is just a hop away from India and there are direct flights to Bangkok from all major airports. This is a great offer if you want to plan a quick weekend away after this offer is running in the best season to explore the beaches. I would personally use the cash back over breakfast and spa.

The offer seems like its not very useful. There are better rates on the hotel website if we book now. This 40% off rate doesn’t include breakfast – and the cash back to be used towards purchases just about covers the breakfast rate (rate for breakfast being higher if purchased independently).
I checked for Novotel Siam Square in Bangkok.
Nevertheless, thanks for the tip. And the blog is great. Love reading it!
Thanks lot for the tipoff. Very useful. Any additional points to be garnered by booking through any specific Indian card, say diners etc?
