While we discuss Etihad Guest in the context of the ability to redeem Etihad Guest miles for Jet Airways tickets all the time, Etihad is running its own award fare sale between March 13 to March 20, 2015, for redemption on Etihad flights to and from Abu Dhabi to the following destinations:

There are two Indian airports on that list as well, including Jaipur and Kolkata.

While Etihad’s award chart for its own metal is not the best out there, they do provide inventory at saver level, which comes in the bound of being reasonable. For instance, BOM-AUH-JFK in first class on Etihad Metal comes to about 131,000 Etihad Guest miles per head, while on American Airlines AAdvantage it comes to 90,000 AAdvantage miles and Jet Airways it comes to about 165,000 JetPrivilege miles.

If you do intend to redeem Etihad miles for the above sectors, you need to do it before March 20, 2015 and insert the promotion code REDM25. The travel needs to be completed by December 31, 2015.

• Travel must be completed by 31 December 2015.
• Offer available on specific destinations.
• Valid on GuestSeats only.
• All other standard Etihad Guest Flight Terms and Conditions are applicable.
• If some sectors of trip are not within the offer period or part of the promotional sectors, those sectors will be charged at regular miles. 
• Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Only one promotion code can be used at time of booking.
• Award upgrades are excluded. 
• Applicable only for award tickets redeemed online.
