Its been a fun 3 years at the blog, and I hope you’ve had as much fun reading it as much as I’ve had writing it for you. When I looked around in 2011, I found no resources to help travellers like me, based in India, so I decided to make one right here. I hope you’ve learnt enough about earning and burning miles on this blog, apart from some of the tools and databases created along the way.
While some of you may be able to now help yourselves to those fantastic business and first class seats on award redemptions, I figured this is also a good time to launch a service for those of you who may require assistance in reserving your award tickets. I’ve already been working with a select set of clients for a while, but I am opening this to all of you now as I get into Beta phase.
If you notice on the top of this page, there is a new link which leads you to a page about Award Booking Assistance, right below the mast head.
This is the place where you should leave all the information required for us to start working on your itinerary. Be as descriptive as possible, since it helps us get it right the first time.
To be able to better help you redeem your miles and not cost you a pretty penny redeeming them, there are three tiers of service.
- Classic: For domestic & regional routings.
- Premium: For medium to long haul routings.
- Uber: For the most complicated of routes, including Round-The-World ticketing
Happy to help you, so do reach out to us with your requests, and we will be able to send you a pricing quotation accordingly. Remember, India focussed blog, hence we’d be only able to support those who are going to be pay in INR to us.

Hi ajay is this service still there?
@agarwal yes
Filled form, no reply yet. Did it again today.
Could you please elaborate the boundaries of the tiers further?
e.g. An example of Classic Tier could be from BOM-DEL-PVG? What constitutes as regional?
Also, where does Premium end and Uber start?
Examples of routing would be most appreciated.
