Apart from offering a bonus on conversion of your credit card reward points to Jet Airways JP Miles, there is also another recently launched promotion from 9W, where you could convert your hotel points from 9 different hotel chains to JP Miles.
As per the promotion, which is valid between 20 July 2013 and 31 August 2013, if you converted your hotel points into 9W miles as per the following ratio, you’d stand to gain an extra 20% bonus from Jet Airways.
However, my personal view is that this is not exactly a great promotion. Hey, for 50,000 Club Carlson points, I could be getting a good one night stay at a hotel in Europe in stead of 5000 JPMiles which only pay for a economy ticket between Mumbai and Goa. Or for 10,000 IHG Reward Club points, I could be getting two nights if I used a PointsBreak hotel to book it. Also, Hyatt Gold Passport points, which are harder to come by anyways, are being valued at 2.5 points = 1 JPMile? Hey, if I had loads of those, I’d be staying in Hyatt hotels across rather than converting them to miles, not just JP but any other ones included.
All in all, I don’t see any value in this promotion, except if you had any stray hotel points, which you may want to cash out of, in which case it may be a good idea to get what you can.

Is there any minimum limit to converting these points? I have some stray HHonors points which I may want to get rid off.
Completely agree AJ!
I would not trade my hotel points- be it Club Carlson, Marriott or Hilton for Jet miles. Unless someone needs to reach a target to complete his/her Jet flight redemption, this does not seem to be a good deal!
