One of the best parts of the erstwhile Starwood Preferred Guest programme, which Marriott developed further, is the Moments programme, where you can use your Marriott Bonvoy points to buy or bid for experiences that money can’t buy, all in exchange for your points. I’ve never managed to win a bid because the experiences I chase are in high demand, and I run out of points to bid on. Anyhow, I know a lot of our readers are also cricket fans, so I thought of making this post. Marriott Bonvoy has recently partnered with the International Cricket Council through 2029 and is now their Official Accommodation Partner. As part of their plan, there are many Moments partnerships, including hospitality seats, a kids’ experience and India vs Pakistan match tickets.

Marriott Bonvoy is offering 1-Point Drop tickets for the India vs Pakistan match at the ICC T20 World Cup 2026
The 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup will be the tenth edition of the tournament, co-hosted by the Board of Control for Cricket in India and Sri Lanka Cricket from February 7 to March 8, 2026. A total of 20 teams will compete in 55 matches across 5 venues in India and 3 in Sri Lanka.
As part of their sponsorship deal, Marriott receives complimentary tickets, which the hospitality group is giving away to Marriott Bonvoy members. These packages are now open for bidding, and a lot of these have been taken up already. You can access the Marriott Moments ICC T20 World Cup here.

The match tickets will be available at the following venues:

The India vs Pakistan Matches, which don’t excite me for one, but do excite a lot of people as a “traditional rivalry” in the world of cricket. And Marriott Bonvoy is offering about 10 sets of tickets for 1 Marriott Bonvoy point each. The match is in Sri Lanka, on February 15, 2026. Some more tickets will be available at the auction. The whole thing goes live at 10 AM on February 2, 2025, and is expected to last maybe 10 seconds.
