Encalm is a hospitality company that has been building on the guest experience for airport customers, but is only limited to GMR Airports at the moment, including Hyderabad, Goa Mopa and Delhi. The operator now operates all the airport lounges at the three airports, including the yet-to-be-reopened Air India Lounge International, American Express and RuPay lounges in Delhi and so on.

In 2023, Encalm launched the Encalm Prive Lounge at Delhi Airport, intended to be offered only to airline customers with no banking access. Encalm has now launched its second Encalm Prive lounge in Hyderabad.

Encalm Hospitality launched its exclusive airside lounge, Encalm Privé, at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Shamshabad. Strategically located on the Mezzanine level of the International Departures terminal, the premium lounge offers travellers the opportunity to relax, recharge, and refresh before embarking on their journeys. Spanning around 885 square metres, the lounge provides a wealth of amenities tailored to meet the modern traveller’s needs, all available 24/7.

Guests will enjoy various facilities in the airside lounge, including spacious seating areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, and various dining options to cater to every traveller’s needs. Culinary offerings take centre stage, with various gourmet food options ranging from international cuisines to local delicacies, ensuring something for every palate.

Live cooking stations allow guests to enjoy freshly prepared meals tailored to their tastes, while the Grab n Go counter offers quick bites for travellers on a tight schedule. A full-service bar enhances the experience, offering a wide selection of premium spirits and expertly crafted cocktails.

While the customers who will be allowed to access this lounge are yet to be clarified, if Encalm follows the same policy as it has applied at Delhi Airport, then the lounge should be only accessible to airline customers.

Encalm has expanded the footprint of its Prive lounges, and it is now opening a second one for airline customers originating from Hyderabad. The lounge, which is approximately 885 square metres, is situated at the airport’s international pier.
