My mom (85+) is planning to travel from BOM to Detroit, en route to Istanbul on business class, in March-2024. I believe that IndiGo has a codeshare with Turkish Airlines. My mom has difficulty in sitting for a long time and needs to be able to lie down.
Does the Indigo plane provide fully reclinable seats in business class on this route?
@Vikas, you should book her on the Turkish airline’s flight, not the IndiGo (operated by Turkish Airlines) flight. That is the one with the full amenities.
Travelled thrice on indigo as part of codeshare with QR/ BA/ indigo. Won’t book if it has a indigo connection. The company is expanding but can’t cope. They are greedy grabbing routes/ sectors but can’t handle. Lost my bags for three days, won’t give a penny. No hot meals even if it is code shared as BA or QR. No inflight entertainment. Worst customer handling service. They should.update their quality of service and remain within their means. Period.
Hi Ajay,
Thanks for the update. Will this have inflight entertainment?
Thanks
@Vivek, I think I remember reading they keep it shut.
