In case you have been wondering how to still source tickets for the U2’s The Joshua Tree concert which is happening in Mumbai on December 15, 2019, American Express has lined up tickets for the U2 Concert for their significant cardmember base in India.

American Express is offering their Platinum and Centurion cardmembers the opportunity to buy tickets in sold-out categories, at a special price. Not just that, you can redeem your Membership Rewards points for these tickets. There are tickets available for the massive standing area in front of the stage, and towards the back.

The front section, which usually prices at INR 8,000 per person is being sold for INR 6,000 in this case. The rear section, which is usually priced at INR 6,000 per person is going for INR 4,000 in this case. You can also redeem your Membership Rewards points at the following prices:

• Front: 20,000 Membership Rewards per ticket
• Rear: 12,000 Membership Rewards per ticket

You should call the American Express Concierge to book your tickets at the reduced prices or redeem your Membership Rewards points.

But not just that, American Express is also offering a full hospitality experience this time around in India at the U2 Concert, which means, for the first time at an event in India, you will see the American Express Lounge experience at an event in India. The U2 concert will have three hospitality packages offered by American Express:

1. The Crystal Suite, which is the topmost tier, is being offered for INR 65,000 or 200K Membership Rewards points/ticket.
2. The Black Lounge, which is being offered for INR 40,000 or 125K Membership Rewards points/ticket.
3. Platinum VIP Lounge, which is being offered for INR 20,000 or 60K Membership Rewards points/ticket.

For those who sign up for the Amex Lounge at the U2 concert, expect premium food and spirits, exclusive parking, and air conditioning, which is not something you would get at the rest of the concert. It is like getting a box ticket to watch a sports match. American Express also states that there will be butler service at the concert lounge.
