Marriott seems to be going big on the prospect of doing something for kids this year, and also for families, at least in Asia Pacific. I’ve written earlier about the all-inclusive offers for families, which are still bookable and have some great deals working for you, such as my stay at the Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar.

At many of Marriott’s premium properties, we are getting to see free ice cream carts turn up for kids, including Mahabaleshwar and Mussoorie.

Now, a new collaboration has Marriott giving away Mr Men and Little Miss plushies for kids of Marriott Elite members across Asia Pacific between the period July 15, 2019 through August 31, 2019.

The collaboration has ten different plushies from the universe, and these are being given away to the children aged 12 years or younger of Marriott Bonvoy elite members, for up to two kids per member per room per stay.

• Silver and Gold Elite members are eligible to receive plushies for their kids with award stays only.
•  Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador Elite members are eligible to receive plushies for their kids with award stays or paid stays.

These toys are given at select Marriott hotels and resorts in the Asia Pacific region only, which include the following brands, such as The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, EDITION, The Luxury Collection, W Hotels, JW Marriott, Marriott Hotels, Sheraton, Delta Hotels, Le Méridien, Westin, Autograph Collection Hotels, Renaissance Hotels and Tribute Portfolio hotels. I found this to be a very interesting collaboration, and very impressive that Marriott is doing so much for kids.
