There is enough and more said about Rajinikanth, the south Indian superstar, who also inspires a legion of his followers, and gets a ton of jokes on his name as well. One of the newest ones on Twitter went as follows:
If you wanted to decipher that, you should know about the newest tie-up between an airline and an upcoming movie. Rajinikanth starrer movie Kabali is due for release during the month, so Air Asia, which is the official airline partner for the production, gave the superstar a place on their livery. Here are some pictures!
The airline has earlier put on the late President of India & scientist Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam on the same plane, and now it is Rajinikanth’s turn. Here are some closeup shots via Twitter:
It is always interesting to see an airline modify its livery, but of course, when you have Rajinikanth on it, the crowd goes wild. The airline also plans to hold more interesting events in the days leading to the launch, such as flying in fans to Chennai (MAA) for the release of the movie.
Of course, there are only few who get their names on the the top of a plane, and now Rajinikanth is one of them.
