3X JPMiles on Jet Airways for flights to Singapore

Jet Airways has moved forward with launching a new flight this month connecting Bangalore and Singapore, thus working towards making Bangalore their third hub in India. Here is the schedule for the new flight.

9W26 BLR0205 – 0915SIN 737 D
9W25 SIN1015 – 1210BLR 737 D

This flight compliments the other direct flight between Bangalore and Singapore which was launched in 2016 and provides for a daytime departure and a late evening arrival. Fares are cheap, and start at less than 12000 INR for a roundtrip!

To celebrate the new flights, Jet Airways is offering up to 3x JPmiles on this new flight.

  • Economy fliers will get 2x of base miles on these flights, apart from any JP tier bonuses on these flights. So those flying BLR-SIN-BLR will end up receiving 7900 miles assuming you buy a ticket eligible for 100% JPMiles.
  • Business fliers will get 3x of base miles along with cabin bonus on these flights. So those flying BLR-SIN-BLR will get 5925 JPMiles before any cabin or tier bonuses on the roundtrip.

To earn the bonus, you need to book your tickets by April 15, 2018, for travel anytime through June 30, 2018. You can buy your tickets online at Jet Airways (another bonus 1000 points) or via a travel agent such as MakeMyTrip or Yatra. But you only get these bonus JPMiles if you fly on 9W25 and/or 9W26. Here are the T&C.

So, if you are planning to fly on these new routes, it would be a great addition to get enough miles for another trip. I see this as a trip where you spend money and get it back as JPMiles.

Bottomline

These miles are something to keep in mind and book your travel earlier if you already know when you are going. Book now for cheaper flights and 3x miles!
