World of Hyatt has rolled out a new promotion that makes dining at Hyatt hotels across Asia Pacific even more rewarding. Between August 1 and September 30, 2026, members can earn double World of Hyatt points on eligible food and beverage spend at participating Hyatt restaurants and bars when they are not staying overnight.
The promotion is part of Hyatt’s new HyattComforTable: Come For The Food, Stay For The Comfort campaign, which spans more than 850 restaurants and bars across the region.
Earn 2X World of Hyatt points on Hyatt dining
The promotion is valid for eligible dine-in and takeaway transactions made between August 1 and September 30, 2026 at participating Hyatt hotels across Asia Pacific.
To qualify, each transaction must have a minimum spend of USD 10 (or the local currency equivalent). Hyatt is offering members double the usual World of Hyatt points on eligible food and beverage spending, with a maximum of 30,000 bonus points available during the promotional period. There is no requirement to book a room. Simply dining at a participating outlet is enough, provided you are a World of Hyatt member and your membership number is attached to the bill.
No registration is required. The campaign page simply asks members to dine at participating outlets during the promotion period and provide their World of Hyatt membership details when settling the bill.
Some important FAQs:
The FAQ section contains several useful details that are easy to miss. First, only non-stay dining transactions qualify. If you charge your restaurant bill to your hotel room while staying at a Hyatt, the bill will simply earn the standard points that come with your hotel stay – it will not qualify for this 2X dining promotion. Members also need to provide their World of Hyatt membership number at the restaurant when paying.
The double points are awarded on eligible spend only, meaning taxes, gratuities, service charges and certain alcohol purchases (where prohibited by local regulations) do not earn points.
The points earned through dining are Base Points, not merely promotional bonus points. That means they count towards elite qualification, including Discoverist, Explorist, Globalist and even Lifetime Globalist qualification. Elite members will also continue to receive their normal elite tier bonuses on top of the base earning.
Hyatt says that in most cases, points should post instantly or shortly after payment, although they may take up to 72 hours if there are system issues. If you forget to provide your membership number, you may request retroactive credit directly from the participating hotel, although the applicable timelines vary by property.
Participating hotels in India
Several Hyatt hotels in India are participating in the campaign, including:
- Hyatt Regency Delhi (La Piazza and The China Kitchen)
- Grand Hyatt Mumbai (China House and Celini)
- Park Hyatt Chennai (The Flying Elephant)
- Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty (Malabar Café and Thai Soul)
- Hyatt Centric Chandigarh (Koyo Koyo)
The promotion also extends to hundreds of restaurants across Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, Australia, South Korea and other Asia Pacific markets.
Bottomline
Hyatt has launched a dining promotion across Asia Pacific. From August 1 through September 30, 2026, World of Hyatt members can earn 2X points on eligible food and beverage spending at participating Hyatt restaurants and bars without booking a hotel stay.
The biggest positives are that no registration is required, the points earned count as Base Points towards elite status, and Hyatt has included many of its flagship restaurants across India. If you already find yourself dining at properties such as Hyatt Regency Delhi, Grand Hyatt Mumbai or Park Hyatt Chennai, this promotion makes those meals considerably more rewarding.
So will you be partaking in some of the yummy food that Hyatt Restaurants around India have to offer? I’m already thinking of the Peking Duck at Grand Hyatt Mumbai.
