India’s rewards ecosystem continues to evolve rapidly, and Magnify Club has now introduced a set of premium annual memberships aimed squarely at frequent travellers, points enthusiasts and those looking to accelerate their mileage-earning strategy.
The new Magnify Club membership bundles together hotel loyalty benefits and 300,000 Miles & More miles and status perks under a single annual fee, creating a proposition that resembles premium travel clubs available in other parts of the world.
What is Magnify Club?
For those unfamiliar with the platform, Magnify Club is a rewards and loyalty program that allows members to earn Mag Miles on everyday purchases, including gift cards. Members can then transfer these Mag Miles to airline loyalty programmes. Magnify currently supports transfers to airline partners, including Air India Maharaja Club and several international frequent-flyer programmes. Magnify Club Memberships
Magnify has now introduced a Globetrotter membership that provides a larger upfront allocation of Miles & More miles, along with a GHA Platinum Tier membership. Lufthansa is one of the few major airlines that hadn’t directly sold miles to consumers (at any cost) until several years ago. Germany has strict consumer protection laws. This has caused issues in the past when Lufthansa sold miles directly, as the company faced lawsuits over mileage expiration and related issues.
Hence, Lufthansa sells these bundles without assigning a direct dollar value to the miles. While the added perks are probably not worth anything to most people buying these mileage bundles, this allows Lufthansa to avoid legal issues associated with selling miles at a specific valuation. The memberships are positioned as a way to effectively pre-purchase a substantial quantity of miles while receiving additional travel perks along the way.
The Globetrotter membership can provide members with 300,000 Miles & More miles. This is being positioned as an inaugural offer and will go down to 250,000 miles after June 30, 2026. This cost works out to INR 1.5, much cheaper than the offers from ASmallWorld from time to time.
Why do 300,000 miles and more matter?
The headline figure is, naturally, the possibility of earning 300,000 Miles&More Miles through the higher-end membership plan. The miles are credited to your Lufthansa Miles & More account within 2 business days after you confirm your membership details. The balance stays valid for 36 months and never expires while you hold Miles & More status or an active Miles & More card.
For context, 300,000 airline miles can unlock multiple long-haul business class redemptions, depending on the airline programme used and award availability. A stash this size will unlock some aspirational redemptions, such as flying Lufthansa First Class.

Lufthansa Allegris First Class
There’s a lot you can do with Lufthansa Miles & More miles, which makes this opportunity to stock up so unique. You can book awards on Lufthansa Group airlines, including Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, and others, as well as on Star Alliance member carriers. You can also use miles to upgrade existing bookings.
But just keep in mind that Lufthansa Miles & More recently switched to dynamic pricing. That means award rates can start very low.
Bottomline
The current Magnify Club Globetrotter promotion is primarily a way to acquire a large stash of Lufthansa Miles & More miles in one transaction. At INR 4,50,000 for 300,000 miles, you’re effectively paying INR 1.5 per mile before factoring in any value from the included status benefits.
That won’t make sense for most travellers. But Miles & More miles are difficult to earn in large quantities, and they can be especially useful if you have a specific Lufthansa Group or Star Alliance redemption in mind.
This promotion is worth considering if you have a clear plan for 300,000 Miles & More miles and can extract meaningful value.
