Hilton Honors Power Up promotion is offering:

  • double Hilton Honors points for all stays; and
  • triple Hilton Honors points for stays paid with a Hilton Honors American Express card

In essence, you should expect to earn double Hilton Honors points for most parts of the world, apart from the USA, where the co-brand partnership exists. You need to register before your first stay, so sign up here if you haven’t already. There is no cap on the number of bonus points members can earn, and bonus points can be earned unlimited times during the promotion period.

Hilton Honors gives out 10 points per USD spent at most brands, so it will be 20 points per USD spent with the bonus. Besides this, Gold tier members get an 80% points bonus, and Diamond tier members get a 100% points bonus on every revenue stay.

The promotion is valid for stays at Hilton Honors participating properties from September 7, 2021, to December 31, 2021. As long as you register for the promotion before check-out of the stay and the reservation is for an eligible stay, any registered members with eligible nights within the Promotion Period will receive the promotion bonus.

Members checking in before September 7, 2021, will receive credit for their stay if the stay is completed on or after September 7, 2021, and before or on December 31, 2021. Members will not receive bonus credit for any stay completed after December 31, 2021, even if part of their stay overlaps with the Promotion Period.

The good news is, the promotion is also valid for award stays. As long as a member earns Base Points as part of the Reward Stay, members will earn Bonus Points based on their number of Base Points earned.

Is it a good deal? No, it is very modest. The last one was better, but it is at least better than nothing at all.
