Deal: Etihad launches sale offering up to 20% off fares across its network in Business and Economy Class

If you’ve been planning an international trip for later this year, Etihad Airways has rolled out another limited-time fare sale. The Abu Dhabi-based carrier is offering discounts of up to 20% on both Economy and Business Class tickets to over 30 destinations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia. The sale is open for bookings made between July 20 and July 26, 2026, with travel valid from August 1 through November 30, 2026.

Etihad’s latest Global Sale

Etihad says the promotion applies across a wide range of destinations served via its Abu Dhabi hub, making it useful for both leisure and business travellers. Some of the destinations highlighted by the airline include:

• Abu Dhabi
• Paris
• Chicago
• Atlanta
• Several other cities across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia

The airline has not published a universal fare list, so the actual savings will vary depending on your departure city, destination and travel dates. As always, the best availability is likely to be on off-peak travel dates, so flexibility will help maximise the discount.

Here are some of the important T&C:

• Fares are valid for bookings made between 00:00 hours (local time) on 20 July 2026 and 23:59 hours (local time) on 26 July 2026 for travel until 30 November 2026.
• Up to a 20% discount will be calculated on the base fare, excluding taxes and fees. Taxes, fuel charges and other applicable charges will be payable and will be shown during the booking process. Discount will be applied on one-way and round-trip regular fares in Economy cabin families (Basic, Value) and Business cabin families (Value, Comfort) where applicable.
•  Abu Dhabi Stopover: The duration of each stopover night is capped at a 24-hour stay. Depending on the flight itinerary, a maximum of 4 nights, up to two nights for free accommodation and three or four nights with special hotel discounts, can be booked under this offer. Business Class travellers get the full Etihad experience

While the headline discount applies across both cabins, Etihad is also reminding travellers of the benefits that come with booking Business Class. These include priority airport services, lounge access, spacious seating, premium dining and the airline’s acclaimed onboard hospitality.  Given Etihad’s continued investment in its premium cabins and the expansion of its network over the past year, the sale could present good value for travellers looking to redeem fewer miles through cash-and-points bookings or simply purchase discounted premium fares.

Don’t forget the Abu Dhabi Stopover benefits

One of the more attractive additions to Etihad tickets over the past year has been the complimentary Abu Dhabi stopover programme.

Eligible passengers can receive up to two complimentary hotel nights in Abu Dhabi, allowing travellers to turn a simple connection into a short holiday. In addition, international passengers flying to Abu Dhabi continue to receive complimentary medical travel insurance for stays of up to 15 days in the UAE, valid through December 2026, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Should you book?

Etihad regularly runs promotional sales several times a year, but this one covers the late summer and autumn travel period, including the Diwali season for some destinations.
