British Airways Double Avios promotion for flights through June 2020

British Airways is celebrating their 100th this year, and they are doing some great stuff to celebrate their anniversary of flying. They started with some great retro liveries, then moved on to introducing the new Club Suite. From there, they have now launched the second British Airways Double Avios promotion for 2019. The first one was offered in March 2019 for flights through the end of the year.

British Airways is offering a 100% bonus on Avios for your next ten flights / 5 return flights on the airline through December 31, 2019. You need to register before you book, and then book your tickets between now and December 13, 2019, for travels by June 30, 2019.

British Airways Double Avios 2019

The promotion from British Airways is valid for travel on BA’s own flights, including those within the UK, flights on Comair, and BA’s joint venture flights, marketed by British Airways but operated by American, Iberia and Finnair, between Europe and North America, which means your flight number needs to start with BA

The 100% bonus will post within 24-48 hours after with your flights posting. BA is good with their systems like that.

If you already have some flights booked, you can claim by informing BA on the same page about these scheduled flights.

Bottom line

This is an excellent promotion from British Airways, and I think everyone should sign up for the promotion and book their travel for the rest of the year right away on BA if they know about their plans at the moment. You should credit your longer flights to BA, and shorter flights to other programmes if you have more than ten flights on BA, to ensure you get the most out of this promotion.

How do you think you will be able to maximise this British Airways Double Avios promotion?
