Accor ALL and IndiGo BluChip partnership to go live on July 13, 2026; Transfer Ratios uncovered

More than a year after InterGlobe Enterprises, IndiGo, and Accor first announced an ambitious partnership, in which InterGlobe Enterprises and Accor combined their hospitality businesses and appointed Ranju Alex, the head of Marriott International in India, as the head of the business. In the announcement, Pieter Elbers, then CEO of IndiGo, also announced that IndiGo and Accor would cooperate on loyalty programmes. All signs now point towards the most eagerly awaited feature of that collaboration finally becoming a reality, which could be two-way point conversions between IndiGo BluChip and Accor Live Limitless (ALL).

While neither company has officially announced a launch date, it could go live as early as next month.

A partnership announced, but not delivered so far

Back in April 2025, IndiGo and Accor announced India’s first airline-hotel loyalty collaboration. This loyalty programme collaboration between IndiGo’s BluChip Rewards and Accor’s ALL Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme promised initiatives such as rewards points sharing, co-branded loyalty and seamless two-way conversion. This would enable members to earn and redeem points across flights, stays and experiences. IndiGo’s strategic partnership with Accor underscored their collaborative efforts to enhance passenger travel experiences. Since then, however, things went quiet.

The pieces are finally falling into place

Over the past few months, though, the ecosystem around BluChip has begun to evolve. IndiGo has been aggressively adding financial partners. Axis Bank recently introduced BluChip as a transfer partner for EDGE Rewards and EDGE Miles, joining a growing list of earning opportunities beyond flying.

For Accor, the timing also makes sense. ALL has traditionally relied on airline partnerships worldwide to increase member engagement. Its portfolio already includes transfer relationships with programmes such as Flying Blue, Qatar Airways Privilege Club and several others. Adding India’s largest airline into that ecosystem would significantly strengthen its proposition in one of the world’s fastest-growing outbound travel markets.

An imminent launch coming up

A joint announcement is scheduled for July 13, 2026, during which the collaboration between the two entities will be unveiled.

According to ALL, all points have one of the clearest redemption values in the hotel loyalty world. Every 2,000 ALL Reward points translate into a Euro 40 discount on hotel stays, giving them a relatively predictable value. BluChips, on the other hand, operates under IndiGo’s dynamic redemption model, with values varying depending on the itinerary and demand.

However, The CardInsider today picked up on the transfer ratio from the Accor ALL website, where the page announcing the new update went live for a while. As per them,

  • IndiGo BluChips, 6000 of them, usually worth INR 2500, will convert into 1000 All Points, which will be worth approximately INR 2200.
  • ALL Points, 3000 of them, worth approximately INR 6600, will convert to 2000 IndiGo BluChips worth INR 850.

So, part of the story leaked ahead of the official launch. And in this case, IndiGo BluChips to All does not look too bad, but the reverse I can’t say is true. So, we’ll see how the whole picture paints up. There is more to it, after all, I hope. “rewards points sharing and co-branded loyalty” are the parts that we still don’t know anything about.

Bottomline

When IndiGo and Accor announced their strategic partnership last year, the headline feature was always going to be reciprocal loyalty transfers. More than a year later, with BluChip maturing, new banking partnerships coming online, and increasing signs that the loyalty ecosystem is entering its next phase, it would not be surprising to see the long-awaited transfer functionality finally arrive next week. And with that ratio, though, I’m wondering how that’d work for people.

What do you think of the partnership between BluChips and ALL?
